Webinar with Pavel's Innovation:

Industrial 3D printing and other rapid-prototyping methods

NB! New date due to Covid-19 disease. The webinar will take place on December 8 at 09.00-10.00.

Additive manufacturing is something that has really come to be, and which is constantly being developed to new heights in which fields and applications where the technology is used. The production method has made it possible to change the way in which various technical challenges are solved, and to arrive at validated solutions in design processes more quickly.

In this webinar we will focus on:

  • 3D printing as the core of a number of expanded possibilities in terms of prototype production.
  • We will touch on other processing techniques in combination with 3D printing, which show how we can create advanced components that look and feel "right".

When:

NEW DATE: Wednesday, December 8 at 09.00-10.00

More about the webinar

3D printing or additive production processes are largely used for prototypes. When making prototypes, you should be clear about what you want to do with it - what you want to achieve is crucial to HOW you make the prototype. As it is time consuming and often relatively expensive (depending on what it is). You can live by the rule "do not shoot sparrows with a cannon" and do what we call MVP (Minimum Viable Product) whose purpose may only be to check a function on a part - a shape - or an assembly.

But 3D printing is not always the only solution, although it is a key component in the development of new products. There are several processing methods to arrive at the final prototype - where 3D printing may only be part of this process.

You will learn more about this in the webinar. Sign up below!
