Mezonic's CC container has now passed the most advanced drop test that any plastic container of this size has passed. The CC container has – directly from 24 hours in the freezer at minus 20 degrees – been released from a height of 1.8 meters, with 400 kg of solid material. It hit the concrete surface at a whopping 21.38 km/h, and spent 0.61 seconds on the fall. The container has then passed 3 times with shine to be released diagonally down at the bottom of the container (8 o'clock test), and 3 times on the side (horizontally). We are very proud to announce this certification, confirming that our container is a secure choice and the best option for our customers.
This means that our container is approved for 400 kg in packaging group 1, which is the toughest category. CC The container thus has the highest certification one can get in its category, i.e. open-head drum of its size. We are not familiar with any other plastic containers that keep this certification.
