We are constantly growing and are now looking for a new product developer.
Medical equipment. Smart home solutions. Recycling. Mechanical and electromechanical equipment. Industrial components. As a product developer in Pavels Innovation, you will work with a variety of industries and disciplines. You work in teams, together with experienced product developer, industrial designer and production specialist. Some projects you have full responsibility for. The projects often include all phases from concept analyses via prototyping, product development, construction and supplier selection to the establishment of production. On a daily basis, you'll be socializing with entrepreneurs in start-ups, and product developers in well-established industrial companies.
With us you get to work with:
- Concept development on our own products and for external customers
- Project participation with product/mechanical construction and design as a subject area
- Prototyping – for production internally or at subcontractor
- Construction and design work to prepare the products for industrial production
- Continuous product improvement
We will allow you to develop specifically within:
- Design in a circular economy
- Selection of the right materials for the purpose
- Product evaluation for improving existing products
- 3D printing and other prototyping
Desired competence:
- Master of Science in product development and production, mechanical sciences, industrial design, or equivalent
- Some years of experience from product development may outweigh shorter formal education
- Knowledge of design processes
- Knowledge of project work
- Good understanding of production processes
- Safe user of SolidWorks
- Good presentation ability orally and in writing in Norwegian and English
