Our broad knowledge of the design and manufacture of plastic products has given us a unique expertise that benefits our customers. Through manual machining and 3D printing, we get tested and tested the solutions. It's not just about making solid products, but we're also going to take it from design to serial production. Our solid experience for the totality of the process gives our customers an advantage when developing their product. Our experienced employees know what it takes to further develop and take a well-designed product from the concept stage, via a prototype, to serial production. Through thorough tests and development of various prototypes, we find the materials that work best. We let one of our factories or cooperative factories take care of production. In this way, we develop good solutions with a focus on quality and a healthy economy.
Our history
Mezonic started in 1998 with a vision of creating innovative and cost-saving solutions and systems for both large and small businesses. Today we also make our own efforts in areas where there is good business in launching innovative products and solutions. We have, in cooperation with our subsidiaries Grepi Plast AS and Pavels Innovation AS, developed a number of products for leading players. Some of the products we produce are water stop valves for smart homes, attachment plugs for lightweight concrete, sports bottles and leak-proof drinking cups for children, and waste containers for everything from food waste to hazardous waste.
Grepi Plast AS manufactures plastic products at the factory and has extensive expertise in polymer material technology and injection moulding. Pavels Innovation AS contributes everything from industrial design to product development.
How to detect corrosion during insulation? It costs gas companies more than 100 million to detect corrosion, and they have therefore needed to develop a new solution for this.
SINTEF Byggforsk has new requirements for pipe-in-pipe systems for water supply in homes. The drainage capacity in a manifold cabinet should be at least 0.4 l/s and it should be corrosive. In 2015, Grepi Plast started the development of a manifold cabinet that would be adapted to new requirements in the industry.
Water damage accounts for the largest type of damage among insurers. In a meeting between Pavels Innovation, Grepi Plast and Armaturjonsson, it was discussed how to prevent the water damage. The innovative solution was Arjonstop.
