CC Container is a combined storage and transport container of 190 liters. The waste container is the highest certified plastic container on the market – the world's most robust plastic container. The injection-molded plastic can withstand hazardous waste, such as liquid alkalis, acids and industrial chemicals.
The container meets the UN certification criteria for Packaging Group III – high danger – for solid material, and certification criteria for Packaging Group II – medium hazard – for liquid substances.
The CC 100% plastic container is an environmentally friendly alternative for collecting and transporting hazardous waste: empty waste containers can be stacked in to each other, full containers can be stacked on each other without palletin. It minimizes transport costs and emissions.
The difference in CO2 use when producing 1000 plastic containers is 5 times less than the production of steel barrels. The energy used for the life cycle of 1000 plastic containers is 10% of the energy used on the life cycle of steel barrels.
Since the container can be reused for both 5 and 10 years, there will be no packaging residue.
CC The container is UN certified for both liquid and solid hazardous waste (1H2/Y400/S/18/N, 1H2/Y1.2/50/12/N). It is made of solid injection molded high density polyethylene and fiberglass reinforced polyamide. With 5 millimeters thick walls, UV protection and a completely unique durability, this is a product that is particularly suitable for storage and distribution. Furthermore, the container is constructed with shock absorbing ribs both around the lid and in the bottom. This provides good shock absorption, strength and stability. The lid can be secured so that the material in the container is left in peace.

The lid of the container consists of an inner and outer lid. The outer lid can be removed so that it is easy to empty out the contents and wash the container after use. The inner lid can be handled with one hand, making it easy for your employees to fill the container.
The container can be reused many times. It is moulded in 100% plastic and makes it have no cracks or the like that are difficult to clean. As the CC container is made of plastic, it will not rust or deteriorate, which gives it a longer service life than many other solutions. In corrosive environments, steel barrels live for one to two years, while the CC Container can be used up to 5 years.
Shipping of hazardous waste can be done more efficiently than today, by the introduction of the CC Container at your workplace. The container can be stacked in to each other when they are empty.
