CC Container

Waste container for lithium batteries

CC The container is designed for all types of liquid or solid materials and by-products. It is a combined storage and transport container of 190 liters. The waste container is the highest certified container on the market to date. CC The container is UN certified according to the new regulations for lithium batteries applicable from 1 January 2018. January 2019.

Many advantages in a container

Environmentally friendly

CC The container in 100% plastic is an environmentally friendly option for collecting and transporting batteries:

Empty containers can be stacked in each other, full containers can be stacked on each other without pallet in between. It minimizes transport costs and emissions. As the container can be reused for both 5 and 10 years, there will be no packaging residues.

 
 

Efficient transport

Efficient transport and storage, while the container is easy to handle and will not deteriorate over time, making the CC Container more cost-effective over the lifetime than other options.

 
 

Easy stacking

Shipping batteries can be done more efficiently than today. The container can be stacked in each other when empty. This makes you easily fit five dunks for the space of one.

Low-risk self-ignition

The plastic container presents a lower risk of short circuitas there is no metal in the container.

Solid

CC The container is UN approved and made from solid spray-molded high density polyethylene and fiberglass reinforced polyamide. With 5 millimeterthick walls, UV protection and a unique durability, this is a product that is especially well suited for a safe handling of batteries. Furthermore, the container is constructed with shock absorbing ribs both around the lid and at the bottom. This provides good shock absorption, strength and stability.

Reusable

The container can be reused many times. It has smooth surfaces and is easy to clean. As the CC Container is made of plastic, it will not rust or deteriorate, so that it has a longer service life than many other solutions.

A proper handling of waste
